What to Expect in a Session
Each session begins with a moment of quiet presence and often a brief spoken blessing to help us settle into a space of reflection and openness. From there, our conversation unfolds naturally as we explore the questions, challenges, or transitions you may be navigating.
My approach is heart-centered and integrative. Throughout our time together, I incorporate somatic awareness practices that invite us to stay present in the body while listening deeply from the heart. This gentle alignment allows clients to reconnect with their own inner wisdom and move toward healing from a place of wholeness.
Breath awareness is often woven into the session to help regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and return us to a place of calm presence and clarity.
Depending on what is most supportive in the moment, sessions may also include:
• guided meditation or contemplative reflection
• visioning practices
• journaling or creative expression
• intuitive inquiry and discernment
• practical reflections or practices to continue at home
Sessions conclude with a brief affirmative prayer or “treatment.” This prayer recognizes and affirms the client’s alignment with the good they are seeking, anchoring the session in clarity, gratitude, and possibility.
Over time, this process can support meaningful shifts in perspective, emotional well-being, relationships, and one’s overall sense of alignment with life.
