Each session typically begins with a moment of silence and a brief spoken blessing, and it usually concludes with a “treatment,” which is an affirmative prayer that realizes the client’s alignment with the good they are seeking. Throughout the session, I incorporate somatic healing practices that involve staying present in the body and deeply listening from the heart. This heart-centered alignment allows the client to reconnect with their inner wisdom and promotes healing from a place of wholeness.
Throughout the session I incorporate the practice of breath work that allows us to settle into ourselves, regulate our hearts and remember this place of love. Various tools may be used during a session including; guided meditation, and visioning. At times I use creative outlets like drawing or writing. Occasionally, I may offer a reading or a practice to take on at home.
This approach works. I have experienced profound transformations in my own life and have seen similar shifts in my clients, positively impacting their relationships, prosperity, health, and overall well-being.
